Can the switch be pressed accidentally, for example if using a chastity belt? Did you think about magnetically operated switch, or one that needs specialized tools or visit to a doctor?
Before changing the switch to the position “open”, you have to press a security pin. So opening the valve accidentally will just not happen. You need two hands to do this.
