The device looks as though pinches or cuts off circulation of the vas deferens. When the switch is flipped on or off, is there any amount of pain to the user? How is the device applied to the user? I there a severing and reattachment of the vas deferens, or does the device kink the vas deferens?

We do not think so. After a stay in a hot bath tube, when your scrotum is soft, you can easliy locate the switch and use it. The switch is applied in an operation of minimal invasion – comparable to a vasectomy. The vas deferens will be pulled out through a small cut of the scrotum and cut through. Then the switch will be fixed, pulled back inside the scrotum and that’s it.
