Do you just have to feel the position of the switch and remember which is on or off?

Would it possible to have the switch broadcast its on/off state through something like NFC?

Frankly, I want an app where I can scan my balls with my phone so that i’m certain about the on/off state.

This suggestion has been made here several times. It makes no sense to expose oneself to a higher health risk by implanting electronic components with limited durability and security that can easily be sabotaged. In practice, the valves remain permanently closed – for a lifetime. They are only opened for a short time if you really want to father a child.
