Can the switch be flipped without the subject’s knowledge?

Can the switch be flipped without the subject knowing about it? For example, could an unscrupulous partner change the switch’s position while the subject is sleeping or intoxicated? Would the subject have any way to prevent, or at least detect such a scenario? Since fertility is hardly a whim of the moment decision, wouldn’t it be better to require a visit to a physician/surgeon to have the switch opened or closed?

This is veryvery unlikely. Here’s why: You need two hands to switch the valve to open, because there is included a security pin also which has to be pressed too. No, we wanted to construct a device which can be operated by the man himself.
