Yeah, that’s possible.
But it makes no sense.
After the valves have been removed, the vasectomy is in the same state. If you want to have a passage again, a vasovasostomy is necessary. This is an expensive two-hour operation performed by a microsurgeon under general anesthesia.
The SLV is also a replacement for all men who have already had a vasectomy and now want to have children again. The implantation of an SLV is much easier than a vasovasostomy.
