What about the development of sperm antibodies after a prolonged period of valve closure leading to poor sperm quality?

the SLV doesn’t affect your sperm production or quality, since the it’s constructed in such a way that when it is closed the sperms can pass out to the side of the spermatic duct. That way there won’t be the any pressure or a semen blockage and your body won’t reduce the sperm production.
