As the spermatic chord in which the vas deferens lies has many other contents (fascias, m. cremaster, nerves, arteries, venes, lymphetic vessels)- some of them like m. cremaster surrounding the vas deferens – how does the switch fit into or onto these structures or are they cut as well?
